You can use the below outline to describe one preferred consulting service you wish to provide.

Identify your target clients – a specific person or entity that needs your service.

What’s the specific problem that your target client is experiencing?

Your idea may be the best one you have ever thought of, but providing a solution to what your potential customers need is more important to see if there is a market for your idea.

Will you offer a specialized service that would only be of interest to individuals? 

Make sure you spend time knowing who you should be talking to because you do not want to offer a steak to a vegetarian.
